A Cut Above Store Privacy Policy:

As of 7/10/2019 our new policy for all boutique and salon items are as followed:

  • We will hold items for 24 hours and then they will be put back on the for sale rack.
  • You may call (608) 879-2076 and pay over the phone by credit / debit card and we can hold longer. (Must be paid in full)
  • If you would like purchase a product that has been recently posted on our facebook business or group page then you can comment on the picture, Message us or Call the salon to place items on hold.

We hope everyone can understand that this is in the best interest and convenience of all our customers and helps the salon & boutique run smoothly.


Salon Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy,  A Cut Above Salon requires a 24 hour notice for canceled appointments for any single salon service and a 48 hour cancellation notice for multiple services / bridal or salon packages. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel by calling us at (608) 879-2076 or message us directly on facebook at m.me/ACutAboveSalonBoutique.
 
Any cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will be charged a cancellation fee. Late cancellations can result in a 40% charge depending on service. Not showing for your salon appointment will result in a 100% charge. If you have setup a free Vagaro account, you also have the option to login into your profile and cancel your appointment 24 hours before service online.
 
A Cut Above reserves the right to ask for pre payment of future scheduled salon appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed more than 2 times in six months.
 

Salon Product Guarantee & Returns:

We stand behind all of our products. We want to ensure you are happy with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange the product(s). 

If you are using our professional products that your stylist recommended and have used them per instructions, we will guarantee any of our services within 2 weeks from the service. We will not give a monetary refund for service. We will work together to make you experience great. 

Boutique / Clothing Return Policy:

We want you to love your clothing. We will gladly offer you an exchange for a clothing credit in the salon. The item must be returned with 14 days of the purchase. Item must be unworn, with tags still attached. Free of stains and odors.
 
All jewelry, hats, scarves, SeneGence, Goat Milk Products and hand made greeting card sales are final!
