What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24 hour notice for canceled appointments. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.

Do you guarantee your products?

We stand behind all of our products. We want to ensure you are happy with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange the product(s).

If you are using our professional products that your stylist recommended and have used them per instructions, we will guarantee any of our services within 2 weeks from the service. We will not give a monetary refund for service. We will work together to make you experience great.

Tues / Wed / Thur 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
(closed Sundays & Mondays)
